Is there a way to stop vomiting every month?

hii I'm 16F and I vomit every period on day 1, i already have super duper painful periods to the point where I've terrified my brother countless times screaming in the middle of the night 😅

is there a way to prevent being sick at all? it happens even on an empty stomach, ill just throw up my stomach acid.

i also have PMDD, not sure if that makes a difference.
