Can I effectively move to Europe and continue doing project management?

Hello all,

I am construction project manager with 5 years of experience, I would like to move to Europe and continue this line of work, but can’t seem to find many openings. I also have an additional income, so I wouldn’t be worried about paying my bills in the immediate future if I had to move over there first. Any advice or maybe a story of how someone else did it please let me know. Thank you for your input!
