Anyone else’s baby have Laryngomalacia?

My baby has Laryngomalacia and silent reflux he is a fairly happy baby and is on carobel for the reflux which seems to work wonders but does anyone have any advice on how to manage the Laryngomalacia/make it a little bit less severe? TIA x
