Yeah, the title doesn’t lie - I actually found a job after two months of searching. I’d love to say it was easy, but it really wasn’t. I have a fairly in-demand specialization, and even then I ran into problems

I read a ton of articles, tried different hacks and tips I found here, and even built my own AI tool for job searching. And honestly - all of that actually helped, not just in theory

I tracked stats on how often and why employers responded to my applications. I even made a post in this subreddit before with a tip that worked really well (replying to rejections - you can look it up). I also tailored my resume to each job and used keywords a friend recommended

So yeah, you can congratulate me! And for those still searching - don’t give up. Push through the laziness, keep trying different approaches, and don’t get stuck on just one method
