44 Pro Glove Warranty Center?

Wondering if anyone has ever had to send a glove with a defect back to their warranty center and if so, how long did the review take, what was the issue, and how was it resolved?

Received a glove 2 weeks ago, and there was excess leather stitched into the pinky slot which made it extremely uncomfortable to wear. Shipped it out last Tuesday, hoping to hear back soon.
