WAS MRS. KIM NOT ENVIOUS OF RORY?

Rory got into Chilton soon in Harvard and Yale. Mrs. Kim wanted Lane to be very career oriented but was still never seen being jealous of Rory instead she hated her?

I mean she did seem like a jealous person in S1 at least.
