Hi everyone,

For over a year my cheeks have been filled with these red spots/dots. They are present on my cheekbones mostly, up to the mid point of my cheek.

Dots are mostly red, with no bumps present or very small so they are easily covered by makeup.

I am at my wits end about it, as I have been trying different products but nothing helped. I would appreciate any advice /experience

Details:

\- I am 33, had previously dealt with hormonal acne in my 20s, mainly on my chin. This has stopped since introducing retinal and double cleansing, probably age too...I do have rosacea on my lower cheeks even from childhood, however upper parts of my cheeks have been clear up until a year ago

\- I have had a skincare routine for years, I rotate products. These are the ones I have been using the past 2 months. I do not ahve holy grail serums or creams so I usually try a new one once I finish a product. The only consistent products over the year have been Bioderma Micelar Water and Medik8 Retinal

Morning Routine:

Bioderma Micelar water

Skin 1004 Madagascar Centella Ampule or Anua 10+Azeleic Acid serum

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream

Skin 1004 SPF Madagascar Centella - not every day as I live in a low sunlight city and mostly spend the day in doors

The picture is from tonight after a hot shower, cleansing and serums. The redness is less visible in mornings.
