Can’t create temporary card

I’ve never used Klarna before but I tried to make a temporary card for €465 but it keeps giving me the same message “Sorry, we couldn't approve you for this purchase

Unfortunately at this time, we can't approve you for this payment option.”

I’ve tried updating the app but that still doesn’t work, does anyone know any way to fix this?
