remote work with Team Portugal /Italy

HI Everyone,

My executive wants to have a central location for the summer in Portugal or Italy.

His vision: Get all the remote workers in the same town within walking distance

OR

some sort of conference area with small rooms for everyone to stay for the month.

Caveat: Budget...It's not going to be five star luxury but comfortable so everyone is happy. Airbnb's vs hotels preferred.

I'm visualizing a small ranch, winery etc.. that has rooms and a community room.

Is this possible? I don't know Portugal or Italy well from a business perspective.

Any advice on how to begin the search would be great!
