I hate how every new release is so sweet.

I understand the appeal on sweet fragrances but I think its getting out of hand. We're getting vanilla bombs from every house, maybe because people just want long lasting fragrances? But in doing that I think we've lost what made fragrances special. A few years ago I could walk into a store and sample so many unique scents. I cant explain it but they all have that JPG ultra male and elixir vibe, some are spicier, some are warmer, some have citrus but the backbone of those fragrances is all the same.

Most of them also smell kinda powdery. Being powdery isnt bad, its just the way they're making them powdery. They all smell like immature clubbing fragrances.
