Recommendations for a harem of green flags/golden retriever men?

I’m sort of over the bully/morally gray/asshole dudes. I’m sure I’ll go back to it eventually, but I’m really over dudes that don’t deserve the MC.

Grumpy is fine, but no assholes, ya know? Okay with Omegaverse, paranormal, fantasy & straight up contemporary. Would prefer decent writing & good editing.
