Windows Crash and LiveKernelEvent 141

For the past couple of weeks I've been unable to use lllamacpp on my windows box. I can generate once or twice and then my PC reboots suddenly. Event viewer shows LiveKernelEvent 141, which is normally a hardware problem. However, I can run ExLlamav3 just fine for hours and hours. I have tried reseating GPUs, lowering clocks, updating nvidia drivers, nothing helps so far. Has anyone else had this issue? specs: 9800X3D, 3090, 5090, 6000 Ada, 96GB DDR 5, Windows 11.
