Did they patch dashboarding or am I missing something?

I fully reset CR to properly optimize my build (going for warband, bulldozer, berserker) and at level 6 I seem to only get the choice of phantom or gunner, nothing else.

Starting to get really frustrated because I've been dashboarding for almost an hour now and I can't seem to get the skills I want at all.
