How well are Houston Emts taken care of?

I am currently a basic emt in Las Vegas, finishing Advanced school in about 3 months. My dad just got an opportunity to move to Houston (back where I used to live.) I’m very conflicted on making the move BUT EMS culture and pay could be the difference. How different is it being a Houston emt? How much do you guys get paid?
