Went through this week's SEC filings. Here's what newly hired C-suite execs are getting in equity alone.

Was curious what new executive packages actually look like right now. Pulled every 8-K filed this week with comp details. The equity grants alone:

  • Oracle CFO: $26M
  • FactSet CFO: $3.75M
  • Veradigm CFO: $3M
  • Expand Energy CFO: $2.5M
  • AeroVironment COO: $1.45M
  • ProCap Financial CTO: $1M (he's 26)
  • Radian Group CFO: $1M

Most of these also have severance that guarantees 1-2x base salary plus accelerated vesting if terminated. A few have change-in-control clauses that bump severance to 3x.
