Where do locals buy Korean/Japanese Skincare in Bhutan?

I’m coming to Bhutan for few weeks for work. As I’m traveling carry-on only and have weight/liquids limits: I’m planning to buy skincare in Thimpu itself. Are there any specific shops/areas where I can get good quality Japanese-Korean skincare?
