White Canola flower

I am still figuring out this game so pardon if the answer to this question seems obvious.

But I need to plant 1500 white canola flowers. The only way I can get these flowers seems to be through mushroom battles? And that’s a big “maybe”. Is there any other way to get these flowers? Doing expeditions to certain fruits? Feeding the special nectar? How do I get more?
