How did you know you were Trans?

I've been wrestling with the idea I might be trans for a while and even though I think im over exaggerating it in my mind I feel like its worth asking. Is there such a thing as like 50% trans? ik that sounds weird but like ik gender is a spectrum so idk

im kinda in a weird headspace rn so forgive me for the weirdness I just gotta get this out of my head, any and all answers welcome
