[Hiring] Remote B2B Sales / Outreach Partner for SEO Services (Commission-Based)

Hi, I’m the Founder of a SEO / digital visibility Startup and I’m currently looking for a remote sales / outreach partner.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with:

- B2B outreach

- lead generation

- qualifying interest

- helping move prospects toward a sales conversation / close

What makes this more realistic:

I’m not expecting someone to start completely from zero. We already work with a pre-structured lead workflow where businesses are filtered and reviewed before outreach, so this is not just blind prospecting.

Commission examples (based on the first paid monthly invoice):

- Starter package: €1,245/month → 20% = around €249

- Pro package: €2,299/month → 20% = around €460

- Enterprise package: €4,499/month → 25% = around €1,125

- plus 5% bonus for month 2 and month 3 if the client stays active and keeps paying

Important:

- commission is paid only on successfully closed and paying clients

- this is not unpaid work

- this is not just “send random leads and hope”
