I arrive at 11 PM in Naples. Will I get scammed?

My flight lands at Naples International at 11 PM on a Friday. I need to get to my hotel near Piazza Garibaldi. I know there’s the Alibus for €5, but does it run that late? Some forums say last one at 11:40 PM - too risky if my flight is delayed. Taxi is fixed fare €25 to city center, but I’ve heard stories of drivers charging €50 or taking long routes. Is the fixed fare official? Do I need to pre-book a taxi?
