20mg Trintellix + 40mg Buspar. Is getting back on Ritalin safe?

Been on Trintellix for 6 months. 20mg for about a month. Buspar for 5 months at 20mg twice a day. My anxiety and panic has improved but I'm still depressed. Mainly due to ADHD symptoms. I just cannot, for the life of me, get anything done. I know what I need to do, I have things I want to accomplish, but I for some reason cannot create the discipline.

I used to take Ritalin a couple of years back along with Lexapro. It helped a lot with feeling like I can handle tasks easier without this constant feeling of needing to take breaks and just complete disinterest in getting things done that I need to.

I stopped taking it due to it giving me panic attacks because sometimes it would increase my heart rate and make me freak out. Again, I have panic disorder but have gotten really good at maintaining it.

Is adding Ritalin back with this current combo safe? What's the likelihood of Serotonin Syndrome? The most meds I've ever been on is 2 at a time. Anyone have experience with this combo? Trintellix for depression, Buspar for anxiety, and Ritalin for ADHD?
