Thinking of buying an 07 Element with 230k miles

With the mileage and year is it worth it? Might go check it out in person tomorrow if dealer is able. Called today and said it was a bad time for anything as his father is in hospice and I think it was a family owned business/dealership.

Says there’s nothing wrong with it cargurus says it’s been in 1 accident but no damage.

What are a few things I can check for when I check it out?
