Desperately need help?

I did a tiny stick and poke on my hand, maybe 2 inches down from the thumb? It’s done horribly but oh well. I was doing the outline and accidentally pushed too hard and maybe half of an inch of the needle slide into my skin like butter. I was too panicked to notice if it was vertical or anything, but I pulled out and no blood or anything came out. I’m conflicted should I seek medical attention or am I overthinking?
