I was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder after being out for 2 years, How will this affect my rating?

​I (26M) did my 4 years in the USMC and got out in '23. Recently, I received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder from my therapist and I have no idea how to process this news let alone how this is gonna affect my VA benefits.

​It's been eating me alive mentally the last 2 days and I feel like I don't even know who I am now.
