Should I text again

Hello all

I hit up a former co worker on social media after not seeing each other since I left last year. We chatted a little bit, and later I asked for her number saying I would love to catch up some time. She said yes of course and gave it to me. I texted her last week saying “hey _____, it’s ______. How are you?” No response

Should I text again? Would ask her to grab drinks.

At work we were friends and I had no interest in dating someone from my job. I guess that was the vibe, but I was always attracted to her.
