Pain
Hello everyone here just wanted to make this post so someone could maybe relate. I’ve got three wisdom teeth, removed both lower and one in the upper jaw. Mine were very deeply impacted on the lower jaw, but protruding enough to get them done at the dentist instead of the oral surgeon. Like normal the upper jaw was a straight perpendicular pull out. Really no pain there. My lower jaw left side was so painful. It took over two weeks to get pain relief enough to sleep in my bed without painkillers. My dentist poked my jaw nerve three times I think which caused most of the pain, but additionally, I am not able to metabolize codeine so all that was helping me was Tylenol and Advil.
Recommendation number one would be to get a Manual flossing syringe, and keep it on you every time you eat anything except for a fluid because trust me food will get in there and cause you a multiple hour headache. If you’re in pain like I was real food was not worth it. Trust that I tried lol. God bless.
