Why am i Always getting sore throats that turn into a flu??

F 33 160 cm F vitamins not a smoker

I have been getting sore throats since last October that turn into flu and fever

Got it in October and got fever

Then Jan and sore throat + flu and body aches fatigue etc lasting min. 4 to 5 days

Then March lasted 7 days and cough for 4 weeks

I am so frustrated what is causing this? And can it be so often??

Today as well i felt the soreness in my throat and don't know what to do
