Need advice – Should I prioritize Stellar set over weapon?

Hi guys, I need some advice.

I’m currently level 44 and I’m kinda stuck on Act 3. These are my current stats:

Decent crit chance/damage

Survivability is okay, but I’m struggling to progress

I’m thinking if it’s the right move to prioritize completing the Stellar set first before focusing on upgrading my weapon.

My concerns:

Maybe my damage is too low, that’s why I’m stuck in Act 3

But at the same time, maybe the Stellar set bonus is more worth it overall Also, I’d really appreciate some tips: How do you farm gold fast?
