Just found out my company would rather pay employees $250k/month on “transportation subsidies” for us to RTO plus millions in office leasing per year than let us be remote

This was a mind boggling update for my employer that made little to no sense. This after about 4% of our company was laid off in the past year.

This is also further engross when all middle to lower manager levels reaffirm that metric productivity was much better on work from home schedules.

I hate C suite execs that don’t have a clue or care about what is actually best for their employees or companies. This latest update may be my last straw.
