How do I see my PSN login history for security?

With how common account breaches and random login attempts have become lately, I’ve been trying to stay a bit more on top of my online security—especially for accounts tied to purchases and saved payment methods.

I was wondering if PlayStation Network actually lets you see a detailed login history somewhere? Like timestamps, devices, or locations where your account has been accessed. I’ve looked through the account settings but couldn’t find anything obvious beyond basic security options.

The reason I’m asking is because I recently got a notification about a sign-in attempt that I don’t fully recognize. It might be nothing (could’ve been me on a different device or something), but it got me thinking that I don’t really have a clear way to verify past logins.

Has anyone here found a way to check this? Or is the only option just enabling extra security like 2FA and hoping for the best? Would appreciate any tips or experiences with this.
