Arizona Real Estate Sales Exam How to Pass

I have been tutoring students since 2012 for the Arizona real estate exam. Arizona school of real estate has a book by Hogan Real Estate they teach from. I highly recommend studying the quizzes in the book. Compucram people tend to memorize question to answer without understanding the question or the answer and how it ties to real world real estate situations. If you are just memorizing the answer to the question on compucram that won’t help when you get to the national and state exam.

Some people understand the definitions but don’t understand how it applies into a real world situation which will be put into context on state and national test. The quizzes at the end of each chapter is your best study guide. Because it has manipulating questions.

Find the trigger word in the question that you should be focusing on and that is what will help you get the correct answer. The students I tutor throughout the years I have found the more information they bring in to study the more confused they became. Also flash cards of terms with the back of the book definitions are a waste of time. There will not be any straight forward questions asking what does this term mean? With the definition as an answer.

The questions are very manipulating on the school, national and state exam. I help teach how to break the question apart so you are focused on the right thing to get the correct answer. I also teach with visuals that you can use for your white board which make it easier to refer to while answering the questions.
