Looking for hope and encouragement

I've been on homeopathic treatment for 6 weeks now and I admit that after a hopeful beginning, I've started to feel worried, pessimistic and hopeless mostly because I don't see any progress (not even a small one).

In theory, I know I should be patient. But after trying so many things for years, I really need to see some positive first steps in order to be able to trust the process and the approach.

I'm seeing my homeopath in 3 weeks for a second consultation. She is known to be one of the best in town (many people have had positive experiences and big life changes after following her treatments)

3 weeks feel long and I'm going through a rough time. I am afraid I don't know how to believe enough in homeopathy, that I'm doing it wrong (maybe ate something that canceled the effects of the remedies, maybe I don't absorb them well + other anxious thoughts) and that my body perhaps can't heal as easily as others.

Has anyone been in a similar place before? How did you encourage yourselves to keep going? And how can I start seeing doubts as something normal, instead of treating them as thoughts that cancel or undermine my treatment just because they’re present?
