Can’t decide between Chin Lipo or Facetite

I (F, 37 y.o.) had two consultation with both surgeons, one does Facetite under local anesthesia, the other traditional chin lipo under sedation. The second one said that Facetite is too marketed and regular chin lipo will achieve similar if not better results and that my skin most likely will shrink after (low laxity). He does sedation because it’s more comfortable for a patient and thus less painful. He seems very experienced since he does lots of neck lifts which are even much harder procedures. The doctor who does Facetite has a little less experience but also good before after photos but it’s done under local anesthesia (more pain & stress) and it’s more expensive. I don’t know if I should overpay for Facetite or just stick with lipo? After researching before after photos online seems like traditional lipo gives more dramatic results and destroys more fat? What do you think?
