Infinite arrows lll abyss gear

Okay so been trying to craft this for awhile with the save scum thing idk if I’m doing it it right been like over two hours and nothing maybe I just have bad luck but I went to the witch I’m doing the special synthesis tier 3 slot but I’m wondering if I have to use curtain abyss gear to have a better chance to craft the arrows one I’ve been using surge lll and gourmet lll so if anyone has any other ways to make this easier or if there’s one you can get from a quest or just find it that’ll also be huge
