How many relentless abyssal core procs go off on a single mining knuckle attack and how long does it last?

Relentless does more damage for every proc by 1%

Mining knuckle drill can get a base attack of up to 33 (highest weapon base being mid 40s)

The Idea being that since damage addition would be compounded, it should only take ~32 procs for this mining tool to become the strongest weapon in the game.

I haven't got the relentless core yet and can't test, hoping someone happens to know.
