Neck Pain Tips

What are everyone's tips for neck pain? I have 3 bulged discs in my neck and suspect I also have CCI. My neck constantly kills me. The only thing I've found that helps is epidural injections, but I hate getting them because the numbing agents never work on me, and I can't get them as often as I need. I've tried neck braces, CBD cream, muscle relaxers, heat, ice, all of it. It will work briefly, but not long enough. Need unhinged hacks on what the heck to do. I literally feel like my head is going to snap off my body 24/7.
