Im missing information about where to send my application

I applied for my foreign birth registration online. I have paid the fee, and received a pdf of the application form which I received as a download.

I have all of my documents ready, however, I cant locate any information about where to send it to. Also, I dont seem to have any access to an online portal to track progress like other seem to have, all I got was a form that automatically downloaded after I paid.

Where can I find information about where to send my application to?
