Doberdoodle / Poodoman

Over my 56 years, I've been owned by 6 Dobermans... Misty Blue, Anna, Xana, Cappy, Coppy, and Tex. Every one was a beautiful animal and an important part of my family. I've been dog-free for the past 3 years (it takes me a while to recover from the loss) and am ready to find my next pup. But, I'm now married to a woman who owned a beautiful Goldendoodle. She has allergies to dogs that shed so we're limited to what we can bring into our family.

I'm determined to find a Doberdoodle but have not found any options other than two (suspected) puppy mills that I found online. Also there are plenty of online comments about the evils of anything doodle because cross breeding is unnatural. of course, unless you own a wolf or a dingo, all other canines have been crossbred over eons. All this to ask here:

Does anyone have leads for a source?

I live in Colorado but don't mind a road trip for something this important. Also, any other tidbits or other information are welcome!
