is $322/sqft the "new normal" for Portland real estate?

Looking For

i was reading the market update for april and saw the median price per square foot hit $322. we’ve been waiting to list our place in Sellwood for a while and wondering if we should just pull the trigger now. does anyone have a realtor rec for someone who is super professional and actually has an organized "execution plan"? i'm way too busy to micromanage a sale and i want someone who just takes the wheel.
