Chest soreness - daytime

Hey all. Just started - 2 nights in! First 2 days have been great sleep. No nighttime wakes at all. (It’s been over a year of multiple wakes a night.)

One weird “symptom” I’m having is chest soreness or tightness during the day. Is this just some healing or am I doing something wrong? FWIW - my “sleep score” was 100 last night on the app
