Orders scheduled 1+ days in advance

We run a small mom and pop pizza shop. We work with the local highschool and they often order x amount of pizza a week or more in advance of whatever event they need catered. This issue we have is that it automatically “holds” on our KDS everyday leading up to the day it needs to be made. Is there anyway to delay it going onto the KDS until the day of the order?
