I'm just gonna vent about my PvP struggles for a bit.

I'm just a washed old man who's been out of competitive Pokemon for almost a decade, and was never particularly good when I *was* invested. Nonetheless, Champions seemed like a fun time to dip my toes back in. I genuinely have no problems with the monetization, or training costs, or limited pools of Pokemon and Items. From my outsider perspective, that seems like an excellent way exert some control over a meta that's otherwise run rampant.

So why has my doubles experience purely been 90% Incineroars playing footsies with my team? Why is this dude still here? And why am I bad at playing around it!? I have reached insane levels of frustration trying to find some way to work against this guy. This morning I noticed Upper Hand for the first time and thought all of my life's problems were solved, but it turns out there's a reason I've never seen this move in my life. I gotta' outspeed the Fake Out users? It doesn't work on Whimsicott's Prankster moves??? I guess I could use it on something with Extreme Speed but I've never seen anyone use that ever since I reached Ultra.

At this point in time I am out of ideas. I am going to make a full Doubles team composed entirely of Special Attacker ghosts. I hate this game made for children, and I'm going keep playing it out of spite.
