Fasting and phentermine!!

If you’re fasting while taking phentermine, when do you take your pill? My usual eating window is 10am-6pm.

OR

If you’re NOT fasting but taking phentermine, do you take your pill early to avoid insomnia, or do you take it after breakfast like the bottle says?

Just got prescribed 30mg from 15mg and want the best results.
