High reticulocytes

Hi. 48 year old female. 5'4, 164 pounds. I am on Levoxyl for Hashimotos thyroid and also diagnosed with mild degenerative joint disease. Non-smoker

I recently got blood work and my reticulocytes are high. This has been a chronic flag on my bloodwork for the past two years. My ferritin is also high, iron is low (although not low enough to flag). Hemoglobin and hematocrit is within normal limits.

I go back to primary care to go over results in a few weeks. I just wanted to ask if the high reticulocytes is something to be concerned with and if I should push for it to be investigated further? I would think that if it was my doctor would have done so already but I cant help but wonder if something is being overlooked here with disabling fatigue and muscle pain in my legs that I have been experiencing for quite some time now.

TIA
