Need Help Finding 1914ish Jewish Immigration Record.

I have spent literal years trying to locate a immigration record for two ancestors of mine.

I know that they immigrated to the US between 1913-June 1915 in either New York or Philadelphia. There names were Harshall (Date of Birth About 1855) and Esther (Nessie) (Date of Birth About 1856) Tonkinogy/Tonkonogy.

Tonkinogy/Tonkonogy can be spelled many ways. If it helps, 1915 New Jersey census is spelled Tonkenoge and their's sons immigration record is spelled Tonkonoge.

I am hoping that there is something wall breaking on this immigration record. I know for a fact that Harry had another sibling due to family photos and I cannot find any names or leads. Thank you all!
