Need advice – I-485 rejected due to Priority Date being off by one week (F2A/VAWA)

Hi everyone, I’m feeling really overwhelmed and could use some guidance.

I filed my concurrent VAWA package (I-360, I-485, I-765) as a spouse of an LPR. My package was delivered to the USCIS Lockbox on March 23rd. Unfortunately, for the F2A category, the dates only became "Current" on April 1st.

It’s now April 9th, and I haven’t received my package back yet, nor have I seen any updates. I know I made a mistake by sending it a week too early.

Has anyone been in this situation?

1. How long does it usually take to get the rejected package back in the mail?
2. Since I’m filing under VAWA with a fee waiver, is there any chance they might accept it since it was opened in April?
3. Should I wait for the original medical exam (I-693) to come back, or should I try to get a duplicate and refile immediately?

I've been under a lot of stress lately and this delay feels devastating. Any advice or words of encouragement would mean a lot. Thank you.
