Flagler Eon Squared or Rise at Flagler

Looking between either Eon or The Rise for a year lease. not in town full-time but when in town like to use amenities. they both seem to have good amenities although Eon has more. not sure if it's something that really matters because you can only use so much at a time. Looking for feedback especially at Eon as dont see much on here. Is it super crowded at the pool and gym areas. Not looking for party scene but also want to have some life in the air and not feel like at retirement community. Any help! Have a vehicle so walking doesnt matter to me as far as location....
