Hi, I'm 20 and i started my learning journey around 9 months ago. I wanted to ask for advice on what i should change or improve. I've started to apply to jobs now and haven't had any luck. I'm focusing on IT Support Specialist, IT Support Tech, Help Desk Tech, Service desk Analyst. I'd appreciate any tips and advice, Thank you everyone!
