Ttd restarting?

Long story short, had two surgeries early last year. Doctor released me last summer. Ttd stopped. Went to court to see another doctor who said I had to have another surgery. That got denied and the court sent me to an ime doctor who agreed.

Opposing side stopped fighting and approved surgery. I just had my surgery Monday and I'm in a cast for a few weeks and it's 3-6 months of physical therapy. Should I get my ttd payment this week? Or is this likely going to be delayed.
