50xx series cable melted victim.

Purchased in April, 24th of 2025, Made it almost a whole year, before catastrophic failure. I have a 5090, Gigabyte Aorus Master Ice. The 4x8 pigtail to 6x2 12vHPWR cable failed miserably. Smelled of burning plastic one late night game sesh of Crimson Desert, i didn't think much of it until the PC started crashing constantly. Thought I had a power supply problem, and went to start pulling connections when I found the issue. Currently going through an RMA with Gigabyte and just shipped out today 4/9/26. Wish me luck boys.
